Research Interests:
Our ability to translate wastewater measurements into quantitative estimates of community infection burden and viral loading predictions in wastewater hinges on a comprehensive understanding of viral shedding. My research aims to quantify well-resolved shedding trajectories for respiratory pathogen shedding using samples from a multi-year cohort study of the general public. I'm interested in using these shedding trajectories to design models that generate and interpret wastewater viral loadings for public health and wastewater treatment applications.
