Research Interests:
My main interests are water quality process engineering and its intersections with epidemiology and public health. I worked with Peter Arts this past summer on his project analyzing human stool samples for SARS COV-2 and water quality indicator viruses crAssphage and PMMoV, as well as on his ongoing project analyzing surface & filter samples at childcare centers. Currently, I'm working on a project assessing PCR-based infectivity assay in wastewater effluent subject to UV disinfection.
